Cocktail Bloody Mary. European and world cuisine

Ingredients:
40 ml vodka
60 ml tomato juice
8 drops Worcester sauce
7 drops Tabasco sauce
4 drops lemon juice
1 tsp. fine chopped horseradish
1 tsp. fine chopped celery

Preparation and serving:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake well together and pour over ice cubes in a high glass. Garnish with a spray of celery and a green olive on spike.

Variants:
Brown Mary: whisky instead of vodka.
Bloody Maria: tequila instead of vodka.
Bloody Geisha: sake instead of vodka.
