Cocktail Gin Fizz. European and world cuisine

Ingredients:
60 ml gin
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. powdered sugar
Soda

Preparation and serving:
Combine the gin, lemon juice and the sugar in a shaker half filled with ice. Shake well and pour in to a high glass and add the soda.

Variants:
Well known is Ramos Fizz from New Orleans. It has additionally 2 tbsp. cream and 1 yolk
