Cocktail Margarita. European and world cuisine

Ingredients:
60 ml tequila
20 ml triple sec Cointreau
20 ml lime juice

Preparation and serving:
Mix and shake well the ingredients in a shaker. Serve in a cocktail glass on the rocks. Often the glass rim is salted.

Variants:
Sometimes egg's white is added, which after the shaking makes a foam.
