Apple strudel (Apfelstrudel). Austrian cuisine

Ingredients:
1 package fine sheet of pastry
500 gr. apples
60 gr. butter
50 gr. bread-crumbs
100 gr. sugar
Cinnamon (grinded)
Raisins

Preparation and serving:
Fry a bit the bread-crumbs in the butter. Peel and pip the apples and slice fine. Spread the mix of bread-crumbs and butter over a sheet of pastry. Spread over also the apple slices and the raisins. Powder with sugar and cinnamon. Roll the sheet of pastry and put in in a baking tin. Spread over melted butter. Bake in preheated oven (200°C) for 30 min.
Serve dusted with powdered sugar.
