Apple cake (Opfelküachle). Austrian cuisine

Ingredients:
180 гр. flour
180 гр. butter
180 гр. sugar
3 eggs
2 apples
Powder sugar

Preparation and serving:
Melt the butter and add the sugar. Mix and stir together the screened flour and the eggs. Stir until homogeneous. Put the pastry in an oiled and flored backing tin. Slice the apples in fine rings and arrange it on the top of the pastry. Bake in preheated (180°C) oven for about 1 hour.
Serve sprinkled with powder sugar.
