Austrian pancakes(Palatschinken). Austrian cuisine

Ingredients:
180 gr. flour
200 ml water
20 gr. butter
1 tsp. sugar
2 eggs
1 pinch salt
50 gr. chocolate
2 tsp. powdered sugar

Preparation and serving:
Mix together the water, flour, eggs, salt and the melted butter then beat until you get fluffy mixture. Fry the pancakes one by one, turning until they get golden color.
Melt the chocolate on a water bath and add the powdered sugar, then mix until homogeneous. Spread the chocolate on one side of the pancakes and roll.
Serve hot, powdered with sugar.

Variants:
There are a lot of variations of the filling - sweet as well as salty.
