Belgian mayonnaise. Belgian cuisine

Ingredients:
1 yolk
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice
250 ml sunflower oil (approximately)
Black pepper
Salt

Preparation and serving:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Mix together the yolk and the mustard, add the lemon juice and whisk well. Keep on whisking the mixture and add start adding the oil drop by drop. The mixture starts to thicken slowly. Continue in the same way until it thickens to your taste. Finally add pepper and salt to your taste.
The Belgian mayonnaise is the perfect and obligatory add-on for the Belgian fries.
