Flanders art cucumber salad. Belgian cuisin

Ingredients:
500 gr. yoghurt
2 cucumbers
20 gr. mayonnaise
1 egg yolk
1/2 bunch dill
Pepper
Salt

Preparation and serving:
Peel tha cucumbers and cut in discs 1 cm. thick. Boil in salted water for about 10 min. Stir together the egg yolk, mayonnaise, yoghurt and half of the fine chopped dill until it becomes a homogeneous sauce, then flavour with salt and pepper. Flavour also the cooked cucumbers with dill, salt and pepper, then pour on with the sauce.
Serve warm.
