Ingredients:
6 potatoes
2 turnips
2 carrots
150 ml cream
200 gr. butter
1 leek
Salt
Preparation and serving:
Peel the potatoes, turnips and carrots, then put them in a pot and bring to the boil. Cut fine the leek and smother in half of the butter until the butter starts to get slightly brown. Puree the cooked vegetables together with the cream ant the other half of the butter and flavour with salt. Add the leek, together with the butter and stir well.
Traditional garnish for sausages.
