Ingredients:
2 veal steaks
50 gr butter
1 onion
70 ml sherry
200 ml cream
120 gr Stilton cheese
Preparation and serving:
Grill the steacks according to your taste. Melt the butter into a pan and cook the onions until soft. Add the sherry and boil to reduce slightly. Add the cream, boil for another minute, then add the crumbled Stilton. Stir until you get homogeneous sauce.
Serve the steaks hot, offering the sauce and a garnish of chips.
