Salad "Nice" (Salade Niçoise). French cuisine

Ingredients (serve 4):
2 tomatoes (not too ripped)
1 green salad
2 eggs (hard boiled)
5 anchovy filets
10 olives
100 g. tuna fish (can)
100 g. dried beans (cooked)
1 red capsicum
Capers

For the dressing:
3 tbsp. vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic
Black pepper
Salt

Preparation and serving:
Tear the salad in 3 cm. Pieces, half the eggs, cut he tomatoes in quarters, the tuna – in small pieces and julienne the capsicum. Put these products in a salad bowl and mix. Prepare the dressing, mashing the garlic together with the salt and adding the vinegar, oil and the pepper.
Pour the dressing and serve chilled.
