Ingredients:
400 raw pea (grains)
1 kg French beans
4 onions
1 green salad
60 g. butter
3 sticks fresh savory
1 yolk
30 ml cream
Black pepper
Salt
Preparation and serving:
Chop fine the onion and sute in the butter until gets golden-brown. When it's ready, add the pea, beans, fine chopped salad and the savory. Cover and leave it to simmer for 10 min. Add 1.5 L. boiling water. Flavor with salt and pepper and leave it to simmer for 1 hour. When it's ready take 1 ladle pea and beans and leave it beside. Press and strain the rest, then add the pea and the beans, cutting the means in 1 - 2 cm. pieces. Bring it again to the boil. Mix togethet the yolk and the cream and add to them slowly 1 ladle of the soup. Remove the soup from the heat and add slowly the yolk-cream mix, stirring all the time.
Serve hot.
