Avocado with crabs (Avocats au crabe). French cuisine

Ingredients:
1 can crabs (125 g. substance)
2 avocados (riped)
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 bunch parsley
Red pepper
Black pepper
Salt

For mayonnaise:
1 yolk
250 ml sunflower oil
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. lemon juice

Preparation and serving:
Cut the avocado in halves, remove the kernel and with a spoon hew out also part of the meat to form a „basket“. Dice the hewed meat and mix it with the lemon juice, black pepper salt and the fine chopped crabs. Stir until it gets homogeneous.
Prepare mayonnaise from the listed products. Fill the avocado “baskets” with the mix and spread over mayonnaise. Sprinkle with fine chopped parsley and red pepper.
Serve well chilled. Offer Rose.
