Ingredients:
1 kg potatoes
100 g. ham
3 apples
400 g. cream
30 g. butter
2 cloves garlic
Black pepper
Salt
Preparation and serving:
Preheat the oven to 175°C. Slice the apples and the peeled potatoes. Press the garlic and mix it together with the cream, black pepper and the salt. Dice the ham and add it to the cream. Oil a baking tin, then order in layers apples, potatoes, cream mix, flavour and again in the same order apples, potatoes, cream mix. Bake it for 1 hour until its browned.
Serve hot.
