Ingredients:
1 kg. potatoes
200 g. pickled cucumbers
200 g. smoked bacon
150 g. cheese (for ex. Gauda)
200 g. mushrooms
125 g. butter
Salt
1/2 tsp. rosemary
Preparation and serving:
Cook the potatoes in water, then peel and dice. Dice as well the bacon, cucumbers and the mushrooms. Melt the butter and add the rosemary. Order the products in a baking tin in layers, pouring butter over each layer. Cover with grated cheese and bake in moderate oven until it's golden-brown.
Serve hot.
