Beer soup (Biersuppe). German cuisine

Ingredients:
600 g. beer
200 ml milk
1.5 tbsp. flour
50 g. butter
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 yolks
Cinnamon
Sugar
Salt

Preparation and serving:
Saute the flour together with the butter until it gets golden-brown, then add the beer. Add the cinnamon, lemon juice and the sugar, bring it to the boil and remove from the heat. Mix well together the milk with the yolks and heat to a temperature just before the boil. Then pour it over the beer and add the salt.
Serve with toasted slices bread.
