Ingredients:
4 raw sausages
1 kg. onions
250 ml lager beer
50 ml sunflower oil
Salt
Preparation and serving:
Punch the sausages with a fork and put them in a deep pan filled with 1 cm. water. Cover the pan and leave it to simmer. Turn the sausages occasionally, until the water evaporates. Add the oil and fry uncoverred at moderate temperature until the sausages get golden-brown. Julienne the onions and add it to the pan. Fry until the onion gets golden, then add the beer. Leave it to simmer until most of the beer evaporates.
Serve hot, offer mustard.
