Garlic cream soup (Knoblauchcremesuppe). Austran cuisine

Ingredients:
8 cloves garlic
2 onion
700 ml milk
700 ml vegetable stock
4 tbsp. flour
1/2 bunch parsley
100 g. butter
Loaf of bread

Preparation and serving:
Mince the garlic, chop fine the onion and stew together in the butter.Add the stock and the milk and pour gradually the flour. Boil and stir continuously about 10 min. Cut the bred in slices and fry it in a bit of oil.
Serve sprinkled with fine chopped parsley and garnish with the bread.

Variants:
Often crutons are used instead of the bred.

Simple!

Sometimes I find the soup recipes that are the simplest, are often the most tasty. This simple garlic soup sounds really delicious, I will definitely try it within the week!
