Ingredients:
0.5 kg cheese "Topfen" (could be replaced by brine cheese)
1/2 onion (smashed)
1 bunch green onion
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. red pepper puree
1 pinch cumin
1 pinch white pepper
1 tsp. anchovy paste
Salt
Preparation and serving:
Mix together the igredients until it is homogeneous. Cool it down. Serve sprinkled with fine chopped green onion and a bit of beer.
