Butcher's cheese (Касапско сирене). Bulgarian cuisine

Ingredients:
500 gr. pickled white cheese
2 onions
60 ml olive oil
1 tsp. red pepper

Preparation and serving:
Crumb the cheese, chop fine the onion. Put together the ingredients adding the olive oil and the red pepper and mix well until it's homogeneous.
Serve on a lettuce leave.
