Ingredients:
2 kg. veal knuckle
1 kg. potatoes
6 onions
500 ml red wine
15 cloves garlic
2 hot pepper
1 tbsp. red pepper
Pepper (corns)
3 bay leaves
Preparation and serving:
Cut the knuckle in big pieces. Put all products in a clay pot, seal the top with dough and cook at 180°С for about 5 hours.
Serve hot.
