Ingredients:
500 - 600 gr. lamb with fat (neck, ribs)
1 bunch green onion
50 gr. rice
1 green pepper
3 tomatoes
1 egg
Pepper (corns)
1 bunch parsley
Hogweed
Salt
Preparation and serving:
Boil the meet together with few corns pepper for about 30 min. scumming when needed. Chop fine the onion and the green pepper, add them to the boiling meat and leave for another 10 min. Add the rice while stirring and leave it boiling for 15 min. Add the hogweed and the grated tomatoes. When the meat is cooked, remove it from the water, then remove the bones and cut in big pieces (for ex. 2x2 cm.). Add it back to the water and vegetables and bind with the egg.
Serve sprinkled with fine chopped parsley.
