Ingredients:
1 kg. potatoes
150 gr. leek
80 ml olive oil
30 ml lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. fenugreek
1 bunch dill
Preparation and serving:
Boil the potatoes for about 20 min. Peel and cut in 1.5 cm. cubes. Chop fine the leek and add to the potatoes. Add the salt, fenugreek, olive oil and the lemon juice. Mix well.
Serve sprinkled with fine chopped dill.
