Shepherds meat ball (Овчарско кюфте). Bulgarian cuisine

Ingredients:
500 gr. potatoes
200 gr. boned chicken
100 gr. yellow cheese (for ex. Gouda)
5 eggs
1/2 bunch parsley
Bread-crumbs
Black pepper
Salt
Sunflower oil

Preparation and serving:
Boil, peel and grate the potatoes. Boil the chicken, then chop fine. Grate the cheese and pu it together with the potatoes, chicken, 2 of the eggs, salt, pepper and fine chopped parsley. Mix everything well until it gets homogenous. Leave the mixture in the fridge for about 30 min. Shape meat balls, then flatten them. Fry rolled in egg and bread-crumbs in hot sunflower oil.
Serve with season salad, or yoghurt.
