Ingredients:
150 gr. processed cheese
150 gr. processed cheese with bacon
2 tbsp. onion (fine chopped)
1 green capsicum (fine chopped)
1/4 cup tomato puree
1/2 tsp. salt
1/5 tsp. cayenne
1/5 tsp. Worcester sauce
Fine pastry sheets
Preparation and serving:
Mix well all of the ingredients to make a homogeneous filling. Cut the pastry sheets in rectangles, then put a spoon of filling in each and fold up to make rolls with a length of 10 - 12 cm. Put them in a baking tin and bake in preheated oven for about 15 min. at 250°С.
Serve hot.
