Ingredients (serve 4):
4 chicken joints
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
150 ml cider
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. Honey (flat)
Black pepper
Preparation and serving:
Put the chicken joints in a singe layer in a deep dish. Mix the remaining ingredients, pour over the chicken and leave it for 2 hours. Stew the chicken slowly in a large pan for approximately 1 hour, basting the joints periodically with the marinade.
