Ingredients:
1 medium eating apple
100 ml lemon juice
2 slices of toast bread
2 sausages
50 ml chutney
75 gr. Derby cheese
Red pepper
Preparation and serving:
Peel the apple, slice it and soak it into the lemon juice. Toast the bred slices, then butter them. Slice the sausages. Arrange the apple on the toasts and order the sausage slices on top. Spread a little chutney over the sausage and sprinkle grated Derby cheese on top. Grill in a party grill until the cheese is bubbling. Sprinkle red pepper to garnish.
Serve hot.
