English Salad. English cuisine

Ingredients:
1 lettuce
1 bunch of watercress
3 tomatoes
1 bunch green onions
1 bunch radishes
1 tsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. vinegar

Preparation and serving:
Shred the lettuce, slice the tomatoes, chop fine the onion and slice the radishes. Mix all vegetables except the tomatoes together in a salad bowl. Put together the sugar, the salt, the pepper to the oil and vinegar, mix well, then pour it over the salad.
Serve chilled, garnished with tomatoes.
