Norfolk pudding. English cuisine

Ingredients:
600 ml milk
2 eggs
500 гgr. apples
150 gr. flour
50 gr. butter
50 gr. sugar
1 pinch salt

Preparation and serving:
Sift the flour, then add the milk, scrambled eggs and the salt, stiring constantly to make a dough. Leave it to rise for about 1 hour. Peel the apples, remove the heart and cit in fine slices. Heat the butter in a baking tin and order the apple slices to cover the bottom. Dredge with the sugar, pour over the dough and put in in preheated at 300°C oven for 20 - 30 min.
