Pea Salad. English cuisine

Ingredients:
2 cups frosen pea
1/2 cup celery (the green part - fine cut)
1/2 cup red apple (diced)
1 small red onion
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. yoghurt
150 gr. cheese (for ex. gauda)

Preparation and serving:
Cook the pea, putting it for few minutes in boiling water. Drain it, then mix it together with the apple, celery and the onion in a salad bowl. Grate the cheese and mix it together with the mayonnaise and the yoghurt. Stir to make the mix homogeneous. Pour it over the salad and stir gently.
Serve chilled.
