Pea Soup. English cuisine

Ingredients:
300 gr. frosen pea
100 gr. lettuce
100 gr. spinach
1/2 cup green onions (fine cut)
2 tsp. chicken stock (powder)
1/4 tsp. black pepper
350 ml water

Preparation and serving:
Put together the pea, lettuce, spinach, onion, stock and the black pepper in the boiling water. Bring it to the boil again, then decrease the heat and leave it to simmer for 20 min.
Serve hot, arranged with parsley leaves and sometimes a tbsp. of cream.
