Hollandaise Sauce (Sauce Hollandaise). French cuisine

Ingredients:
125 g. butter
2 yolks
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation and serving:
Melt the butter using water bath at not high temperature. Beat the yolks and add them to whisking constantly. Add slowly the lemon juice. Stir until it start getting thick. Add the rest of the spices. In case it’s too thick, add 1 – 2 tbsp. hot water stirring all the time.
