Ingredients:
1.5 kg potatoes
1 stick leek
4 onions
1 egg
250 g. smoked bacon
1/2 tsp. nutmegs
1/2 bunch parsley
Black pepper
Salt
Preparation and serving:
Dice the bacon, and then put in a pan and sauté. Slice the leek in rings and add it to the bacon to sauté. Peel the potatoes, then grate and drain. Finely chop the onion and add put it together with the potatoes in a pot with cover. Add the egg and the bacon and mix well until it’s homogeneous. Add the finely chopped parsley, flavour and leave it covered to stew for 2 hours at 200°C. 20 min. before it’s ready, remove the cover and leave it to brown.
Serve hot with a salad of chicory and garlic.
