Greek salad (Χωριάτικη σαλάτα). Greek cuisine

Ingredients:
1 kg. tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 green capsicum
1 red onion
200 g. feta cheese
½ bunch parsley
10 – 15 olives
100 ml olive oil
30 ml vinegar
Black pepper
Salt

Preparation and serving:
Cut the tomatoes and the cucumbers in disks, julienne the onion and cut the capsicum in rings. Put them together with the olives in a salad bowl and gently mix. Dice the cheese in 1 cm cubes, add it to the salad an gently mix again. Prepare a dressing mixing the olive oil, vinegar, salt and the black pepper and mix well.
Serve chilled, poured with the dressing and sprinkled with fine chopped parsley.
