Garlic sauce Skordalia (Σκορδαλία). Greek cuisine

Ingredients:
8 cloves garlic
250 g. bread-crumbs
120 ml olive oil
70 ml vinegar
1 tsp. salt

Preparation and serving:
Press the garlic and add the salt and the bread-crumbs. Stir until you receive thick mash. Add the olive oil and the vinegar very slowly, stirring constantly. When it's ready - puree.
Serve together with fish, or zucchini.
