Ingredients:
1 cucumber
500 drained yoghurt
3 cloves garlic
4 – 5 leaves fresh peppermint
60 ml olive oil
Lemon juice (from 1/2 lemon)
Black pepper
Salt
Preparation and serving:
Peel the cucumber, clean the seeds and grate. Press the garlic and finely chop the peppermint. Put all the ingredients in a salad bowl and mix well.
Serve chilled, garnished with walnuts, olives or peppermint leaves.
